Below is a comparison of the current approved PUD requirements vs. proposed PUD Amendment: <br />PHASE 2 GRADING <br />In response to neighbors' concerns over preserving the existing tree line on OP5 Adelaide's property <br />Northeast corner of the project, changes are being made to preserve additional trees in this area. We <br />feel this is a reasonable and beneficial revision to the grading as previously approved in May 2017. <br />This will be a benefit to both existing neighbors on the east side of the pond, and future Adelaide <br />Landing residents. Last summer OP5 Adelaide walked the area with neighbors, city staff, and council <br />member Petryk to document the property line as staked and the existing vegetation.
