March 4, 2019 <br />Ms. Rachel Juba <br />Community Development Director <br />City of Hugo <br />14669 Fitzgerald Ave. N. <br />Hugo, Minnesota 55038 <br />Dear Ms. Juba, <br />This letter is to request that the PUD Amendment application that I previously filed for the Waters <br />Edge 6`" Addition be transferred to Hugo Ventures LLC as the developer instead of myself. All the <br />contact information in terms of address and phone numbers remain the same. <br />Hugo Ventures was formed by myself to acquire the vacant lots 3-16 and the common area lot 17 and <br />remain the majority LLC member and Treasurer. That purchase was completed on December 31, <br />2018. <br />As you are aware, after the PUD Amendment into 37 villa lots, Homes by Legacy LLC will be acquiring <br />the lots and completing the building of the homes and any necessary private infrastructure <br />improvements for each phase section.
