completed the remaining 5.5 miles of problematic gravel roadways in 2019 at an estimated cost of
$40,000.
K.1 Discussion on "No Parking" Resolution for Rosemary Way
At the April 15th City Council meeting, Council considered the Site Plan and Conditional Use
Permit for the Rosemary Apartments. During the discussion, a comment regarding parking on
Rosemary Way had come up from an individual in the audience. Rosemary Way is currently
designed as a 32-ft wide roadway and is part of our State Aid Roadway system. Currently, there
are not any parking restrictions along Rosemary Way. A number of options exist such as leaving
the roadway with no parking restrictions, restrict parking on only one side, and restrict parking on
both sides. Rosemary Way is a state aid roadway: however, the width doesn't meet their
requirements for parking on both sides of the roadway and the long-term plan for Rosemary Way
(as identified in the Comprehensive Plan), would not include parking along Rosemary Way. For
that reason, staff recommends approving the attached no parking resolution and posting Rosemary
Way as no parking.
L.1 Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network
Council Member Chuck Haas and Phil Klein will report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon Network
activities held recently.
N.1 Schedule Annual Performance Review for City Administrator Bryan Bear
Bryan Bear has been employed with the City since May 3, 2004.
