Resolution 2019-26 <br />Waters Edge 61 Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />Landscaping <br />f) The landscape plan shall be revised and reviewed and approved by staff. <br />a. The landscape plan shall be revised to show proposed building foot prints, <br />proposed grading. <br />b. The landscape plan shall be revised to remove any landscaping that interferes <br />with utilities or drainage. <br />g) The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br />12. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br />a) The developer shall submit building elevations and a design palette including colors <br />for siding, shake, shutters, shingles, brick, and stone for each of the buildings. No <br />adjacent building shall have the same front elevation colors or architectural styles and <br />the buildings shall have varied and interesting detailing. Each home shall utilize <br />architectural accent features such as dormers, bay windows, arched windows, etc. <br />b) Cross access and maintenance agreements as well as drainage and utility easements <br />shall be recorded with the final plat for all private drives. <br />c) A 12-foot trail easement shall be dedicated to the City as shown on plans dated April <br />22, 2019. <br />d) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br />e) The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br />f) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br />submitted for City review and approval. <br />13. Prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy: <br />a) All improvement per the approved plans shall be installed. <br />
