W <br />14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North • Hugo, MN 55038 <br />Minutes <br />HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />VICTOR GARDENS NORTH VILLAGE HOA <br />MEETING TUESDAY, JULY 9, 2019 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: Haas <br />STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Parks Planner Shayla Denaway <br />The Hugo City Council scheduled this meeting in response to concern brought forth during the <br />public hearing on March 15, 2019, regarding a proposed apartment complex. Concerns voiced <br />were parking on Rosemary Way, lack of area parks, and maintenance of the roundabout. There <br />were four people in attendance from the Victor Gardens North Village HOA. After discussion, it <br />was concluded these items would be discussed with their board and the Victor Gardens master <br />board and brought back to the City with a proposal. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Bryan Bear <br />City Administrator <br />
