Fable Hill 6th Addition. New drainage and utility easements will be placed on the lots at the time <br />the final plat is recorded. Staff is comfortable with the applicant's request to vacate the drainage <br />and utility easements. Staff recommends that the City Council hold the public hearing and <br />approve the notice to vacate the drainage and utility easement located over Outlot A, Fable Hill <br />5th Addition. <br />I.1 Approve Award of Bid for Gravel Road Reclamation Proiect <br />Staff has received quotes for reclaiming 5 miles of gravel roads to improve their performance as <br />authorized at the May 6, 2019 City Council meeting. The low bidder is Midstate Reclamation, <br />Inc. of Lakeville, MN in the amount of $19,600. Midstate Reclamation, Inc. is the contractor <br />utilized for last year's project and they performed well. Staff is therefore recommending City <br />Council award a contract with Midstate Reclamation, Inc. Work is anticipated to be completed <br />in August. <br />K.1 Approve Resolution for Fable Hills 6th Addition Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement <br />Elmcrest Investments, LLC, is requesting approval of a final plat known as Fable Hill 6th <br />Addition in order to plat 16 villa lots and 1 outlots on the 10 acre parcel located north of Fable <br />Hill Road. The site is currently vacant. The final plat will plat the remaining 16 lots and one <br />outlot from the Fable Hills 4rd Addition preliminary plat. There are no changes to the lots from <br />the preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the <br />regulations for the Fable Hills PUD. Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the <br />Final Plat and Development Agreement for Fable Hill 6th Addition. <br />M.1 Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br />Council Member Chuck Haas and Phil Klein will report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon <br />Network activities held recently. <br />N.1 Forest Lake School District Workforce and Business Summit on Monday, July 22, 2019 <br />A Workforce and Business Summit will be held on Monday, July 22, 2019, from 7:30 — 9:30 <br />a.m. to learn about how the Forest Lake High School is connecting their future workforce to area <br />businesses. The summit will take place at the Forest Lake High School. Staff recommends <br />Council schedule as a meeting if they wish to attend. <br />N.2 White Bear Lake School District Summer Connection on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 <br />Council has scheduled a meeting to attend the White Bear Lake Summer Connection. This <br />meeting will be with the school board and city councils to get an overview of the WBL schools <br />comprehensive facility plan and updates on what's going on in the communities. The Summer <br />Connection will take place on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at 6 p.m. at the Vadnais Heights <br />Commons. <br />N.3 National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 <br />National Night Out is the first Tuesday of the month of August. This year's NNO falls on <br />August 6th. Staff is taking registrations on the website at www.ci.hugo.mn.us/nno for <br />
