In particular, we have reviewed <br />the following plans related to this particular request: <br />• Fable Hills 6th Addition Construction Plans dated 06/07/19 by Westwood <br />Professional Services <br />Final Plat by Westwood Professional Services <br />Grading Plan dated 9/4/18 by Westwood Professional Services <br />Based on the review of the final plat documents, we offer the following comments related <br />to this application: <br />Final Plat <br />1. The final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat documents, and the appropriate <br />drainage/utility easements have been provided within the plat area itself. <br />Grading, Street, and Utility Plans <br />2. We are working directly with the applicant's engineer to finalize the grading, street, <br />and utility construction plans, specifications, and details. We will issue the drainage <br />permit and construction plan approvals once the remaining issues identified in the <br />redline comments have been addressed.
