The applicant has submitted their Stormwater Management Plan for the site, meeting the <br />appropriate storage, rate control, treatment, and volume reduction for the overall <br />development. The applicant is utilizing a stormwater pond and filtration basin to meet the <br />stormwater management requirements. <br />4. The applicant should provide the high-water levels for Wetlands 1, 2, & 3 to confirm freeboard <br />requirements are met with proposed building low openings. <br />Development Agreement <br />5. There area number of development fees outlined within the City's Fee Schedule that will <br />become due as part of the final plat. The Development Fees are included within Exhibit C of <br />the Development Agreement. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project.
