This program is a great resource for businesses that may <br />need support with business feasibility, planning, financing, licensing, and <br />regulatory issues. For more information on the program contact <br />Tyler Hilsabeck at thilsabeck@mccdmn.org. <br />Hugo Area Business Association (HBA) Business Awards <br />In February, Mayor Tom Weidt (centered in photo below) gave the State of the <br />City Address during the Hugo Area Business Association networking breakfast <br />event. The Mayor focused on City budgeting techniques and current Hugo <br />happenings. The HBA also held its business award ceremony. BE PERMIT SAVVY <br />About Spring Home <br />Improvements <br />Spring is a popular time for homeowners to <br />begin tackling a variety of home improvement <br />projects from simple repairs to complete make- <br />overs. Many of these undertakings require a <br />permit.
