ordinance. On April 15, 2019, the City Council approved a site plan and conditional use permit <br />for Rosemary Apartments. It is a three-story building with 45 units. The property is located on <br />Rosemary Way and west of Everton Avenue in the Frenchman Place development. At its <br />Thursday, August 22, 2019, meeting the Board held a public hearing and considered the request. <br />The Board agreed that the request met the criteria necessary to approve the request and <br />unanimously recommended approval of the resolution approving the variance to the City <br />Council. <br />G.5 Approve Reduction in Letter of Credit for Adelaide Landing 3rd and 4th Addition <br />Adelaide Landing 3rd and 4th Additions have had significant work completed to date and the <br />developer is requesting a reduction in the letter of credit for both the 3rd and 4th Additions. <br />The current letter of credit for the 3rd Addition is in the amount of $842,744. Staff has inspected <br />the work completed to date and recommends Council approve the reduction in the letter of credit <br />to $225,150 based on the value of work remaining to be completed. The current letter of credit <br />for the 4th Addition is in the amount of $463,267.
