G.11 Approve Pay Voucher No. 5 for Water Tower No. 4 Improvement Proiect CB&I has submitted Pay Voucher No. 5 for work done on the Water Tower No. 4 improvement project. Staff finds it acceptable for work certified through August 23, 2019. Staff recommends Council approve payment of Voucher No. 5 in the amount of $402,779.28. G.12 Approve Pay Voucher No. 3 for 1301h Street Improvement Proiect Dresel Contracting, Inc., has submitted Pay Voucher No. 3 for work done on the 130th Street improvement project. Staff finds it acceptable for work certified through August 31, 2019. Staff recommends Council approve payment of Voucher No. 3 to Dresel Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $461,695.85. G.13 Approve Resolution Approving Site Plan and Variance for Gopher State Storage Minnesota Built Hugo Minnesota, LLC, is requesting approval of a site plan to construct a building with a footprint of approximately 16,600 square feet for a three-story climate controlled storage facility. The applicant is also requesting approval of a variance from the front yard setback requirements to construct the building 0 feet from the roadway easement on the west side of the property, where 30 feet is required by ordinance. The Planning Commission will consider this request on Thursday, September 12, 2019. Staff will provide an update to the City Council of the Planning Commission discussion and recommendation at its Monday, September 16, 2019, meeting. I.1 Metropolitan Council Water Efficiency Grant Application The Metropolitan Council is implementing a water efficiency grant program for municipalities looking to run their own grant or rebate programs. The Metropolitan Council will provide 75% of the program cost while municipalities must provide the remaining 25%. Staff is asking for approval to submit an application to the Metropolitan Council Water Efficiency Grant Program with the understanding that the City of Hugo is responsible for a local match. K.1 Yellow Ribbon Network Update Council Member Chuck Haas and Council Member Phil Klein will report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon Network activities held recently. L.1 Burger Night Tuesday, September 24, 2019 Council has scheduled a meeting to attend Burger Night on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 5 p.m. at the Hugo American Legion. The Department of Defense will be presenting Hugo with the Seven Seals Award. L.2 Movie Night Fridav, September 27, 2019 Outdoor Movie Night will be held on Friday September 27, 2109, at the Hanifl Fields. The movie showing will be "Aladdin". The Emergency Vehicle Show will be at 6:30 p.m. and the movie will begin at 7:30 p.m.
