The vision for Sunset Park, located on Sunset Lake, <br />is to focus on more passive day -use recreation with lake access for non -motorized watercraft that <br />blends with the surroundings and fits with the character in the surrounding neighborhood. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following scope of services is meant to provide the City with the steps necessary to complete <br />a successful master plan that will set the stage for future development. WSB is always willing to <br />adjust our scope of services as necessary in order to be more tailored to your needs or account <br />for budgetary concerns. <br />A. Protect Start -Up, Management, Data Collection & Programming: WSB will gather all <br />pertinent project related data, set up project documents, and provide ongoing project <br />management. <br />a. Project Start -Up & Programming Meeting: WSB will attend a project start- <br />up/focus meeting with the city staff to create a list of preliminary programming <br />needs to take into consideration for the master plan design and establish the <br />project schedule to be in line with the City's neighborhood engagement tasks. <br />b. Data Collection: WSB will gather project data from the City, including any GIS or <br />CAD files, and will create a base map utilizing City data, lidar topography and <br />county aerial imagery. No wetland delineation or topographical survey services <br />are included. The City will provide WSB with the site programming elements <br />based on preferences from the City and input gathered from the neighborhood. <br />All community engagement for neighborhood input will be conducted by the City. <br />c. Site Analysis: WSB will conduct a site review to identify site opportunities and <br />constraints for consideration in the preparation of the master plan. <br />B. Master Plan Development and Review: This task includes the design steps necessary to <br />create a master plan which will include the following: <br />a.
