Stakeholder Involvement Gather input and build local support for the project with neighborhood residents May 2019 <br />and businesses. This will include one-on-one meetings with the surrounding <br />property owners to review and discuss the potential trail improvements and <br />options. Surrounding residential neighborhoods will be notified. <br />Feasibility Design <br />Memorandum of Understanding: <br />A feasibility study for the trails will be prepared based on the outcome of preferred <br />trail routes and types to include a 30% design document package illustrating trail <br />layout and partial grading plan with an estimate of probable costs. An <br />accompanying report/memorandum will be prepared. The preferred trail layout <br />plan will be brought to a public Parks Commission meeting for review and <br />approval.
