Image Placeholder <br />ACOMPREHENSIVE SANITARY <br />SEWER PLAN <br />2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE DRAFT Dec14-17 <br />for review only <br />Growth Projections <br />The City of Hugo experienced stable growth between 1900 and 1960; however, it grew at a high rate between 1960 and 2000 with approximately <br />44% growth between 1990 and 2000� Although the city’s population doubled from 2000 to 2010, its growth has slowed to approximately 10% <br />growth since 2010.
