ACOMPREHENSIVE SANITARY <br />SEWER PLAN <br />2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE DRAFT Dec14-17 <br />for review only <br />Capital Improvements Program <br />A Capital Improvement Plan based on estimated trunk sewer <br />construction is presented in Table 10-11� This table includes trunk <br />sanitary sewer and lift station improvements within the 2040 MUSA <br />service areas in order to accommodate both the projected 2040 MUSA <br />wastewater flows and also the ultimate wastewater flows generated <br />by the three districts T, U, and V located outside of the 2040 MUSA� <br />The projected 2040 sanitary sewer trunk system was broken down <br />into improvements based on flow districts.
