creating an additional 1.7 acres of new wetland in protected areas. In all, the completed <br />development will feature more than 43 acres of public and common open space area. The <br />Lincoln Group is also proposing to construct multi -use trails along the Oneka Lake shoreline and <br />along selected other areas of the development. In addition the Master Association covenants would govern and regulate <br />access to adjoining wetlands. <br />
