Resolution 2019 -XX <br />Page 2 <br />Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />8. All roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent <br />properties. <br />9. All required landscaping shall be fully installed and a coverage plan for the <br />underground irrigation system submitted and approved by City staff. <br />10.
