Heartland Credit Union looks forward <br />to serving the residents of Hugo, as they have for surrounding communities for 80 years. <br />We propose a new 2,490 square foot retail bank branch building. In addition to the proposed <br />branch, the site will also consist of 24 off-street parking spaces. 16 spaces to be shared with <br />the Blue Heron Restaurant. <br />The exterior of the branch will consist of brick veneer, manufactured limestone and Exterior <br />Insulated Finish System to match the color scheme of their existing main office, the branded <br />identity of Heartland Credit Union. In order to meet the standards of the development, the <br />new branch has been designed in a French Provincial style. A mansard roof with <br />dimensional shingles will hide the HVAC equipment hidden on the flat roof behind. <br />Aluminum framed windows and high-performance glazing finish off this very efficient <br />structure. <br />The Branch lobby is designed to encourage customers to relax as they tend to their financial <br />needs. This branch includes a self -serve cafe where customers can get a fresh cup of <br />coffee, an internet station where they can take care of their online banking needs and a <br />lounge to relax and have an informal conversation with consultants & friends.
