There are 3 instances where there are 10 feet between buildings, Lot 8, Block 2; Lot 5, <br />Block 3, and Lot 7 Block 5. The 10 feet between buildings will only occur at the closet points at <br />the corners of the building not necessarily the entire length of the home. The applicant would like to build the same product on the <br />50 foot wide lots. There are examples in the packet of the elevations of the Villa product. The <br />design has the garage flush with the front of the homes, so it is not a garage forward/dominate <br />design. <br />
