There was a request for more <br />command hooks, and thanks to 3M and a Lions Member, more hooks were received. Another <br />care package event was being planned. The YRN was asked to do a Welcome Home Lunch on <br />April 4, and will be doing another Welcome Home Pheasant Hunt on March 15tn <br />Cancel Second Meeting in February Due to President's Day Holiday <br />Annually, the President's Day Holiday falls on the same day as the second Council meeting in <br />February and needs to be rescheduled. City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that <br />staff did not anticipate any items for that meeting agenda and recommended Council cancel their <br />second meeting in February. <br />Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to cancel the February 17, 2020, Council meeting. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Schedule Workshop to Discuss Possible Public Works Facility Expansion <br />Consistent with the Council's Goals and authorized by the Council, staff had been working with <br />Oertel Architects, Ltd. to develop options for a new Public Works Department facility. City <br />Administrator Bryan Bear recommended holding a workshop on Monday, February 10, 2020, at <br />5:30 p.m. in the conference room to discuss the Public Works Department facility options. <br />Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to schedule a workshop to discuss the Public Works <br />Facility on Monday, February 10, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />HBA Business Breakfast/State of the City Address on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the Hugo Area Business Association would be <br />holding their annual Business Breakfast/State of the City Address on Tuesday, February 11, <br />2020, at the Blue Heron from 7:30 — 9:00 a.m. <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the HBA Business <br />Breakfast/State of the City address on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Food Shelf Comedy Show Fundraiser on Saturday, February 29, 2020 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf was <br />holding a Comedy Show Fundraiser on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the Vines Vineyard in <br />Dellwood at 7 p.m. <br />
