Resolution 2020- <br />Adelaide Landing 51 Addition Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />Signage <br />i) Final design of the entrance signage for the development shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br />j) The property owners association shall be responsible for maintenance of all <br />development signage and landscaping within the outlots, common space (which may <br />be in the right-of-way), and the 130th Street roundabout. <br />14. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br />k) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County. Proof of recording shall be provided to the City. <br />1) The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br />m) If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall be <br />submitted for City review and approval. <br />15.
