ORDINANCE 2020-XX <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />AN ORDINANCE WITHIN THE CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO <br />CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED 15500 KEYSTONE AVENUE NORTH <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the City <br />of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Hugo <br />Zoning Map to Agricultural (AG) with respect to the property legally described as follows: <br />The East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirteen in Township Thirty-one North, <br />of Range Twenty-one West, Washington County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 1.
