Approve Claims Roster <br />2. Approve Annual Performance Review for Parks Planner Shayla Denaway <br />3. Approve Renewal of 2 a.m. License for the Blue Heron Grill <br />4. Approve Renewal of 2 a.m. License for Sal’s Angus Grill <br />5. Approval of a Culvert Maintenance Agreement between the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District and the City of Hugo – Adelaide 5th Addition <br />6. Approval of a Culvert Maintenance Agreement between the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District and the City of Hugo – Elmcrest Avenue <br />7. Approve Pay Voucher No. 9 for Water Tower No. 4 Project <br /> <br />Roll call vote – all ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approve Claims Roster <br /> <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Parks Planner Shayla Denaway <br /> <br />Shayla Denaway was hired on May 11, 2009, as the Economic Development/Parks Intern. On <br />May 3, 2010, Council approved promoting Shayla as the new Parks Planner. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Parks Planner Shayla Denaway. <br /> <br />Approve Renewal of 2 a.m. License for the Blue Heron Grill <br /> <br />Since May 2010, the Blue Heron Grill held a license that permits the establishment to stay open <br />until 2 a.m. This license is renewed annually with approval by the City Council. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the renewal of the 2 a.m. license for the Blue Heron Grill. <br /> <br />Approve Renewal of 2 a.m. License for Sal’s Angus Grill <br /> <br />Since May 2010, Sal’s Angus Grill held a license that permits the establishment to stay open until <br />2 a.m. This license is renewed annually with approval by the City Council. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the renewal of the 2 a.m. license for Sal’s Angus Grill. <br /> <br />Approval of a Culvert Maintenance Agreement between the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />and the City of Hugo – Adelaide Landing 5th Addition <br /> <br />As part of the Adelaide Landing 5th Addition, a culvert crossing was proposed at a private <br />drainage channel where a new roadway was proposed to cross the drainage channel. The City of <br />Hugo would be required to inspect and maintain this culvert as outlined in the agreement. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Culvert Maintenance Agreement for Adelaide <br />Landing 5th Addition
