Heartland Credit Union Site Plan and PUD Amendment <br />Page 6 <br />There is an existing cross access and parking agreement between the property owners within the <br />th <br />Victor Gardens North Village 4 <br /> Addition. The applicant will be required to provide all materials <br />necessary to ensure the applicant has entered into the existing cross access and parking agreement <br />th <br />between property owners within the Victor Gardens North Village 4 Addition. <br />Trails/Sidewalks <br />The applicant is proposing a sidewalk connection to the trial along Frenchman Road/CSAH 8, <br />which is required per the Victor Gardens PUD general plan. The application was sent to <br />Washington County to be reviewed, but staff has not received comments. Comments will be <br />reviewed and shared once received. <br />6. CONCLUSION: <br /> <br />Staff has reviewed the site plan and PUD amendment for consistency with the standards outlined <br />in the Comprehensive Plan and Victor Gardens PUD general plan, and finds that the proposed site <br />plan and PUD amendment is consistent with the standards. <br /> <br />7. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the site plan and PUD amendment, subject to the conditions listed <br />in the resolution. <br /> <br />8. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission agreed that the request met the criteria necessary to approve the site <br />plan and PUD amendment and recommended approval of the resolution for the site plan and PUD <br />amendment to the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
