Resolution 2019-__ <br />Adelaide Landing 4th Final Plat and Development Agreement <br /> <br />Landscaping and Lighting <br /> <br />i) The landscape plan shall be revised to show tree preservation on the northeast portion <br />of the plat. <br /> <br />j) The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> <br />Signage <br /> <br />k) Final design of the entrance signage for the development shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />l) The property owners association shall be responsible for maintenance of all <br />development signage and landscaping within the outlots, common space, and the <br />130th Street roundabout. <br /> <br />14. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br /> <br />a) The applicant shall file the final plat, development agreement and associated <br />documents with Washington County.
