The sign development criteria for Victor Gardens governs the signage at Victor Place.  As the building has  <br />frontage on two streets, two signs per tenant (one facing each street are permitted).  The total  <br />aggregate area of signage shall not exceed 10 percent of the gross wall area facing a street.  <br />Landscaping & Lighting  <br />Per the Victor Gardens PUD, boulevard trees are planted along Victor Path at a minimum of 50 feet on  <br />center.  Additional overstory and understory/ornamental trees are planted throughout the parking area  <br />and the site perimeter to meet City of Hugo requirements.  <br />Site lighting is designed such that light cast on adjacent property and roads shall not exceed ½ foot  <br />candle, in compliance with City ordinance.  <br />  <br />
