<br />I.1 Approve Site Plan for Public Works Facility <br /> <br />The City of Hugo Public Works Department is proposing to construct an approximately 60,600 <br />square foot Public Works Facility on the south side of Irish Avenue Park located off of 140th <br />Street North (CSAH 8). The Irish Avenue Park property is approximately 125 acres in size with <br />the building and site improvements taking up approximately 10 acres. The area includes space <br />for an approximately 45,000 square foot expansion of the building in the future. Staff finds that <br />the proposal meets all the requirements necessary for the City to approve the site plan as outlined <br />in the City Code, if the conditions are met in the attached resolution. Staff recommends adoption <br />of the resolution for the site plan for the Public Works Facility to be located Irish Avenue Park <br />located at 14420 Irish Avenue North. <br />  <br />I.2 Approve Resolution Authorizing Advertisement for Bids for Public Works Facility <br /> <br />Oertel Architects will have the final design and bidding documents for the new Public Works <br />facility completed by July 16th. Bid packets would be available for distribution on July 20th. A <br />bid opening date of August 11th is expected. Staff recommends Council authorization for the <br />advertisement of bids for the construction of the new Public Works facility located at the Irish <br />Avenue Property. <br /> <br />L.1 Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br /> <br />Council Member Chuck Haas and Phil Klein will report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon <br />Network activities held recently. <br /> <br />N.
