<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />COMPREHENSIVE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WSB PROJECT NO. 1904-610 PAGE 8 <br />The property owner will need to approve of project before it can move to high priority. If <br />approved, the project will provide an estimated 215 acre-feet volume reduction. <br /> <br />19. Clearwater Cove Irrigation <br />The project consists of pumping water from stormwater ponds within the Clearwater Cove <br />development to provide irrigation for the green space within the development. The <br />irrigation was put in place with the construction of the development in 2016. The <br />development meets water quality requirements through the dead storage within the <br />ponds allowing the entirety of the water reuse system to generate credits. <br /> <br />20. Oneka Place Development Reuse System <br />The project consists of pumping water from stormwater ponds within the Oneka Place <br />development to provide irrigation for the green space within the development. The <br />irrigation was put in place with the construction of the development in 2019. A portion of <br />the volume reduction required by RCWD was provided by the water reuse system so only <br />the surplus of volume reduction can be used to generate credits. <br /> <br />21. Adelaide Landing Development Reuse System <br />The project consists of pumping water from stormwater ponds within the Adelaide <br />Landing development to provide irrigation for the green space within the development. <br />The irrigation was put in place with the construction of the development in 2018. A portion <br />of the volume reduction required by RCWD was provided by the water reuse system so <br />only the surplus of volume reduction can be used to generate credits. <br /> <br />
