RESOLUTION 2020- <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR CATTLE HOUSE RESTAURANT ON <br />PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF 147TH STREET NORTH AND EAST OF <br />HIGHWAY 61 (FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH) <br />WHEREAS, Anthony Harmening, has requested approval of a site plan for an <br />approximately 5,700 square foot restaurant building on property that is legally described <br />as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan and recommends <br />approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve site plan <br />for TGK Automotive, under the following conditions: <br />1. A site plan is approved in accordance with the plans submitted on January 17, <br />2020, and April 10, 2020, except as amended by this resolution. <br />2. Prior to the installation of any signs, the developer shall obtain a sign permit. <br />3. Any expansions of the building will require review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br />4. The improvements on the property shall be maintained by the developer. <br />5. A stormwater re -use system shall be further evaluated. If it is feasible, it shall <br />constructed. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />5. All items on the Engineer's memo and "red -line" detailed engineering comments <br />that have been sent directly to the developer's engineer dated April 1, 2020, shall <br />be addressed. <br />6. All items in the MnDOT comment letter dated February 26, 2020, shall be <br />addressed. An access permit shall be issued by MN DOT. <br />7. An eight foot easement shall be dedicated for right of way for the future <br />expansion of TH 61. <br />8. A trail easement shall be dedicated to the City for the trail along the lake and <br />connections to the south and north. <br />
