The developer shall provide a material samples and proposed colors for all <br />building materials for review and approval by staff. <br />11. The developer shall provide construction details and material samples for the deck <br />for review and approval by staff. If railings are installed, the details and design <br />shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />12. The developer shall provide details for the awning for review and approval by <br />staff. <br />13. The developer shall provide details and building materials for the boardwalk and <br />dock for review and approval by staff. <br />14. The developer shall provide details for the glass for review and approval by staff. <br />15. The elevations shall be revised to include a stone sill, or comparable material, <br />between the stacked stone and other building materials to provide a transition <br />between the different materials. <br />Streets and Access <br />16. An access easement shall be dedicated across the property for the benefit of <br />adjoining properties to the north and south. The easement language is subject to <br />review and approval of staff. <br />17. The developer shall work with the property owned to the north along Highway 61 <br />on access. <br />Miscellaneous <br />18. The developer shall continue to work with City staff on the lighting plan and type <br />of lighting fixtures. The final plan shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />19. A stormwater re -use system shall be further evaluated. If it is feasible, it shall <br />contracted. <br />20. The developer shall continue to work with the City on the location of the trail and <br />what portions will be constructed with the development. <br />
