RESOLUTION 2020- <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF HUGO PUBLIC WORK <br />DEPARTMENT FOR A PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 14420 140TH STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, The City of Hugo Public Works Department, requested approval of a site <br />plan for an approximately 60,660 square foot Public Works Facility and associated <br />exterior storage areas, on property legally described as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan on June 25, and <br />recommends approval subject to the conditions listed in this resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan for the City of Hugo Public Works Department for an approximately 60,600 square <br />foot Public Works Facility and associated exterior storage areas, subject to the following <br />conditions and findings: <br />1. All items on the Engineer's memo and "red -line" detailed engineering comments that <br />have been sent directly to the applicant dated June 19, 2020, shall be addressed. <br />2. The applicant shall be required to apply for formal site plan approval for all future <br />phases to be considered by the Planning Commission and City Council. <br />3. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain a sign permit. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />4. The plans shall be revised to include the required amount of parking or proof of <br />parking for phase I and show where parking would be located for phase 2. <br />5. The plans shall be revised to show a black vinyl coated chain link fence and the <br />height of the fence. The applicant shall submit fencing details to be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br />6. The applicant shall submit a revised landscape plan to be reviewed and approved by <br />staff. <br />7. The applicant shall submit the final building material samples and colors for the <br />building to be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />8. The internal roof drainage system that shall be integrated into the building design and <br />shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />9. A stormwater permit shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer <br />
