Resolution 2020- <br />Page 2 <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />10. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to <br />ensure compliance with City code. <br />11. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />12. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the wetland, <br />stormwater management facilities, and applicable utilities. <br />13.
