Design <br />Development documents will include the following plan sheets taken to an <br />approximate 50% complete level. <br />• Layout Plan <br />• Grading Plan <br />• Utility Plan <br />• Landscaping & Restoration Plan <br />• Draft Details & Sections <br />• Product style selections <br />• Playground equipment selection <br />• Estimate of probable costs including alternates <br /> <br />B.1.3.6 Steering Committee Meeting No. 3 <br />Consultant shall facilitate a meeting with the Client and Stakeholder Committee to <br />present and review the playground design development plans and estimate of <br />probable costs for review and feedback. This includes meeting preparation and <br />distribution of follow-up summary notes. <br /> <br />B.1.3.7 Parks Commission Meeting <br />Consultant shall attend a virtual Parks Commission Meeting to present the final <br />playground design and estimate, along with the overall site plan and estimate, for <br />review and approval. <br /> <br />B.1.3.8 City Council Meeting <br />Consultant shall attend a City Council Meeting to present the final playground design <br />and estimate, along with the overall site plan and estimate, for review and approval to <br />carry the preferred approach into the final design package for construction. <br /> <br />ARTICLE B.2 – DESIGN DEVELOPMENT – MULTI-PURPOSE PAVILION <br /> <br />B.2.1 Project Start-up & Programming Meeting. <br />Consultant shall attend a virtual project start-up meeting with the Client and Architect to <br />review over the proposed schedule, confirm key stakeholder groups and develop a clear <br />understanding of the scope of the project and intended outcomes with discussion of initial <br />multipurpose building programming. <br /> <br />B.2.2 Pavilion Programming. <br /> <br />B.2.2.1 Steering Committee Meeting No. 1 <br />Consultant shall hold a virtual meeting with the Client and Stakeholder Committee <br />(committee members selected by the Client) to brainstorm ideas and develop a <br />programming list for the multipurpose pavilion and surrounding plaza spaces. This <br />includes meeting preparation and distribution of follow-up summary notes. <br /> <br />B.2.3 Multi-Purpose Pavilion Design Development. <br /> <br />B.2.3.1 Conceptual Design <br />Consultant will coordinate with the Architect to develop conceptual site designs for <br />the exterior plaza spaces surrounding the pavilion building based on the <br />programming goals developed with the pavilion committee. The conceptual designs <br />will illustrate spatial configurations, material selection, and character along with <br />related cost considerations. <br /> <br />B.2.3.2 Client Review Meeting <br />Consultant shall attend a virtual meeting with the Client and Architect to review the <br />conceptual design development approaches for review and feedback and make <br />modifications as necessary prior to the Steering Committee meeting.
