<br /> <br />Rice Lake Reserve 19 <br />c) The developer shall pay the sewer and water trunk fees for each lot at final plat. The <br />City’s SAC and WAC fees will be paid at the time building permits issued. <br /> <br />d) The applicant shall provide copies of the property owners association <br />documents/covenants for City review and approval. A copy of the document shall be <br />filed for recording with the final plat. <br /> <br />e) The Planning Commission signature block shall be removed from the final plat. <br /> <br />f) The developer shall enter into a stormwater reuse agreement with the City for the <br />stormwater reuse system. <br /> <br />g) The developer shall enter into an encroachment and maintenance agreement for the <br />stormwater reuse system and pump location within Outlot C. <br /> <br />h) The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete all <br />improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br /> <br />Landscaping and Lighting <br /> <br />i) The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> <br />Signage <br /> <br />j) Final design of the entrance signage for the development shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff. <br /> <br />k) The property owners association shall be responsible for maintenance of all <br />development signage and landscaping within the outlots and common space. <br /> <br />15. Prior to the issuance of building permits: <br />
