The City shall not be required to pay for any buildings or other improvements <br />upon the property, nor shall the City use any structure or improvement for the operation <br />of a boat rental facility or public boat launch. The parties will equally share all costs of <br />the commissioners in arriving at the fair -market value of the land. <br />If, at any time, the business as herein defined has not operated for at least 30 days out of <br />any 365-day consecutive period, the privilege granted by this SUP shall expire, and the <br />owner shall bring the property into compliance with the current land -use regulations. <br />4. A copy of this Special Use Permit shall be recorded in the office of the Washington <br />County Recorder so as to put all other future purchasers on notice that this property no <br />longer has a valid claim for any nonconforming uses, and that the City maintains a <br />,p-}rchase option on the property effective June 1, 2023. <br />Mart Weber, F e Ow Walter L.
