CITY OF HUGO <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />DATE OF APPROVAL: <br />OWNER: Marty Weber <br />ADDRESS FOR WHICH CUP IS GRANTED: 4444 1291h Street <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Exhibit A <br />ZONING DISTRICT: Large Lot Single Family Residential (R-1) and the Shoreland <br />Overlay District <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br />Rental of Boats and minor retail sales of bait, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS APPROVED SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />1. The property shall comply with approved site plan (Exhibit B). <br />2. The maximum number of rental boats to be maintained on the site: <br />a. Four (4) rowboats not to exceed sixteen (16) feet in length and maybe <br />equipped with a motor not to exceed ten (10) horsepower. <br />b. Six (6) pontoons with motors not to exceed sixty (60) horsepower. <br />3. This facility shall only operate during the months of April through October. Hours <br />of operation shall be limited to 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and <br />6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. <br />4. Hours of operation, along with an emergency phone number to the contact the <br />facility operator, shall be posted and maintained on the site and visible to the <br />public at all times. <br />5. The property shall be connected to City sewer and all permit fees paid as well as <br />assessments prior to the sale of the property. <br />6. The site shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and in such a <br />manner as to avoid accumulation of trash, debris or junk on the site, adjacent to <br />the public right -a -way, or adjourning property. Trash and other debris shall be <br />contained in appropriate trash receptacles at all times. Garbage collection shall be <br />utilized on a regular and scheduled basis. <br />7. No music or other entertainment shall be audible from outside of the building <br />located on site. <br />8. No boat launching or docking shall be allowed on site other than the boats <br />allowed for rental as described in paragraph 2. <br />9. No more than 250 feet of dockage shall be maintained or used on site. <br />10. A minimum of twenty (21) off street parking spaces shall be provided by the <br />facility. The spaces shall remain as along as the facility is in operation. The <br />parking spaces shall be composed of gravel or aggregate materials, except that <br />
