The applicant shall submit a revised site plan showing the location of the ground <br />mounted mechanical equipment and proposed screening to be reviewed and approved <br />by staff. <br />11. If roof mounted mechanical equipment is proposed to be use, the applicant will be <br />required to raise the parapet was to screen the equipment. <br />12. The applicant shall submit cut sheets for the wall mounted light fixtures to be <br />reviewed and approved by staff. <br />13. The applicant shall revise the architectural plans to incorporate brick, block, or stone <br />to the base of the building at least 3 feet in height on each side of the buildings to be <br />reviewed and approved by staff. <br />14. The applicant shall submit the final building material samples and colors for the <br />building to be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />15. The architecture of the building shall be revised to show more clearly defined main <br />entrances by using other architectural elements or providing more glass/windows in <br />that area. <br />16. The internal roof drainage system that shall be integrated into the building design and <br />shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />17. The applicant shall restore any part of the Fenway Boulevard North that is damaged <br />during utility construction. <br />18. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to <br />ensure compliance with City code. <br />19. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />20. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the wetland, <br />stormwater management facilities, and utility extensions. <br />21. A maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facilities between the City <br />and the applicant shall be reviewed and approved by the City then recorded against <br />the property. <br />
