The applicant shall submit a revised site plan showing the location of the ground mounted mechanical equipment and proposed screening to be reviewed and approved by staff. 11. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent properties. Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to ensure compliance with City code. 19. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. 20. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the wetland, stormwater management facilities, and utility extensions. 21. A maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facilities between the City and the applicant shall be reviewed and approved by the City then recorded against the property.
