A wetland replacement plan has been reviewed and approved by the Technical <br />Evaluation Panel (TEP) <br />12. The applicant shall be responsible for all necessary state and local permits. <br />13. Office/warehouse buildings are allowed in the General Industrial (I-3) zoning <br />district. There is no need to screen the buildings.
