No modifications are necessary. <br /> <br />Wetlands <br /> <br />The applicant is not proposing any wetland impacts. <br /> <br />Park Dedication <br /> <br />Park Dedication is not required for commercial and industrial developments. <br /> <br />6. CONCLUSION: <br /> <br />Staff finds that the proposal meets all the requirements necessary for the City to approve the site <br />plan application. <br /> <br />7.
