If roof mounted mechanical equipment is proposed to be use, the applicant will be <br />required to raise the parapet was to screen the equipment. <br />10. The applicant shall submit cut sheets for the wall mounted light fixtures to be <br />reviewed and approved by staff. <br />11. The applicant shall submit a shared parking and share driveway easement agreements <br />or similar documents for review and approval by staff. The documents shall be <br />recorded against the property. <br />15. A property owners association shall be created to own and maintain the common <br />spaces. The documents shall be reviewed and approved by staff and shall be recorded <br />against the property. <br />16. The applicant shall restore any part of the Fenway Boulevard North that is damaged <br />during utility construction. <br />17. The building mounted mechanical equipment shall be the same color of the building <br />to blend in with the building. Any utilities on the building shall be painted to blend in <br />with the building. <br />18. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to <br />ensure compliance with City code. <br />19. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />20. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the wetland, <br />stormwater management facilities, and utility extensions. <br />21. A maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facilities between the City <br />and the applicant shall be reviewed and approved by the City then recorded against <br />the property. <br />
