During this effort, staff identified <br />permanent and temporary easements required for this project. <br /> <br />Easement acquisition needs have been identified along 147th Street and Fitzgerald Avenue. Staff <br />has met with property owners regarding the project, provided them with renderings of the <br />proposed improvements, and discussed potential concerns. <br /> <br />On behalf of WSB & Associates, I am requesting that the City Council approve a resolution <br />authorizing the offer presentation on the parcels to the property owners and to acquire the <br />property areas needed either by negotiation or condemnation for the Downtown Redevelopment <br />Project. <br /> <br />Par.
