Parcels 11- <br />16 valuations were determined by Minimum Damage Acquisition reports completed by WSB and <br />are based upon site visits, research of comparable sales in the area, and tax value/market <br />research. <br /> <br />Parcels 1 ,3 4, 5 and 9 have both temporary and permanent easement acquisitions. Parcels 7,8, <br />11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 have only temporary easement acquisitions to facilitate construction <br />where existing right of way is limited.
