WHEREAS, the City of Hugo agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations <br />as stated in the grant agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has the necessary capabilities to adequately develop, <br />implement, manage, and maintain this public improvement project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />HUGO, THAT: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby supports the reconstruction of the existing MSAS <br />104/147th Street which includes a multiuse trail on the northside of MSAS <br />104/147th Street and its extension to Oneka Parkway. <br /> <br />2. The City Council hereby supports the City’s submission of a Local Road <br />Improvement Program application and authorizes WSB & Associates, Inc. to <br />prepare and submit said application. <br /> <br />3.
