City Administrator Bryan Bear recommends Council <br />approve the performance review for Senior Engineering Technician Liz Finnegan. <br /> <br />G.4 Approve Property Line Adjustment for Marvin and Judith LaValle and Hugo <br />Investments. LLC (Larry Barnabo) for Properties Located at the Northwest and Southwest <br />Corners of Frenchman Road (CSAH 8) and Forest Boulevard (TH 61) <br /> <br />Marvin and Judith LaValle and Hugo Investments. LLC (Larry Barnabo) are requesting approval <br />of a property line adjustment for the properties located at the northwest and southwest corners of <br />Frenchman Road (CSAH 8) and Forest Boulevard (TH 61). The applicant is proposing to adjust <br />the common property line between the properties and combine them into two parcels. This <br />adjustment will result in Parcel A totaling 4.97 acres and Parcel B totaling 16.09 acres. Staff <br />finds that both properties are in compliance with all applicable regulations in the City Code and <br />will continue to comply after the property line adjustment. Staff recommends approval of the <br />attached resolution approving a property line adjustment for Marvin and Judith LaValle and <br />Hugo Investments, LLC (Larry Barnabo). <br />
