Roland Guareschi <br />Dear Kevin/Jim <br />The time has come to make that hard decision to leave/retire from the Hugo Fire Department. After <br />10+ years of fun, hard work and great friends this decision doesn’t come easy, but due to <br />commitments for work and the ongoing changes within my life it had to come. <br />These years have taught me a lot – The positions held and the time I have spent within the <br />department will give me many smiles, tears and laughs in the future. I hope that I have done the <br />department and the City of Hugo proud. <br />So it is with much regret that I ask you to please accept this letter as my formal resignation from the <br />Hugo Fire Department with the effective date being the Monday January 4th 2021. <br />I will be back between Christmas and New Year at which time I will return the Pager, radio, class <br />A’s and anything else you would like. <br />Regards <br />Roland
