RESOLUTION 2021-XX <br />APPROVING A COMPRHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT CHANGING <br />MAP 11-4, 2040 SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM MAP <br />WHEREAS, the Golden Valley Land Company has proposed an alternate location for a <br />sanitary sewer connection to the Met Council Interceptor. The 2040 Comprehensive <br />Sanitary Sewer Plan identifies a connection to the Met Council Interceptor at 165th Street <br />North. The new connection will be located approximately 1,320 feet south of 1651h Street <br />North. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo Planning Commission, at a public hearing on February 11, <br />2021, reviewed the proposed map amendment and recommended approval of the <br />application to the Metropolitan Council for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment changing a sanitary sewer connection on Map 11-4, <br />2040 Sanitary Sewer System Map. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 1st day of March, 2021. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
