G.6 Approve Donation to the Hugo Fire Department from the Hugo American Legion <br />The Hugo American Legion would like to donate $2,000 to the Hugo Fire Department for <br />training and equipment. Donations to the Fire Department must be approved by Council. Staff <br />recommends Council approved the donation of $2,000 to the Hugo Fire Department from the <br />Hugo American Legion. <br />G.7 Approve Renewal of 2 a.m. License for the Blue Heron Grill <br />Since May 2010, the Blue Heron Grill has held a license that permits the establishment to stay <br />open until 2 a.m. This license is renewed annually with approval by the City Council. The year, <br />the State is waiving their permit fee due to COVID. Staff recommends Council approve the <br />renewal of the 2 a.m. license for the Blue Heron Grill. <br />H.1 Public Hearing on Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easement – Oneka Place <br />The applicant, CPDC – Pratt-Oakwood, LLP, is requesting a vacation of the existing drainage <br />and utility easement located over Outlot A, Oneka Place 4th Addition. The outlots will be final <br />platted for the development of Oneka Place 5th Addition, which is the last phase of the <br />development. New drainage and utility easement will be placed on the lots at the time the final <br />plat is recorded. Staff recommends that the City Council approve the notice to vacate the <br />drainage and utility easement located over Outlot A, Oneka Place 4th Addition. <br />H.2 Public Hearing on Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easement – Adelaide Landing <br />The applicant, Excelsior Group, is requesting a vacation of the existing drainage and utility <br />easement located over Outlot F, Adelaide Landing and Outlot C, Adelaide Landing 5th Addition. <br />The outlots will be used for the development of Adelaide Landing 6th Addition and other future <br />phases. New drainage and utility easement will be placed on the lots at the time the final plat is <br />recorded. Staff recommends that the City Council approve the notice to vacate the drainage and <br />utility easement located over Outlot F, Adelaide Landing and Outlot C, Adelaide Landing 5th <br />Addition. <br />I.1 Approve Final Plat and Development Agreement for Oneka Place 5th Addition <br />CPDC – Pratt-Oakwood, LLP is requesting approval of a final plat and development agreement <br />to plat 14 residential lots from the Oneka Place preliminary plat, which includes a total of 177 <br />residential lots. This final plat is to be known as Oneka Place 5th Addition and is generally <br />located north of Ethan Trail North and west of Oneka Parkway. Staff recommends approval of <br />the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Oneka Place 5th <br />Addition. <br />I.2 Approve Final Plat and Development Agreement for Adelaide Landing 6th Addition <br />The Excelsior Group is requesting approval of a final plat and development agreement to plat 46 <br />lots and one outlot on a parcel located east of Highway 61 and north of 130th Street North. <br />Adelaide Landing 6th Addition will plat the remaining 46 lots and one outlot from the Adelaide <br />Landing preliminary plat. Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the Final Plat and <br />Development Agreement for Adelaide Landing 6th Addition.
