This fee and the SAC connection fee <br />($588/SAC Unit) shall be paid with the issuance of the building permit. <br /> <br />l) Water Trunk Fee. The Developer shall pay the City water trunk fee in the <br />amount of $154,640. The fee is calculated by multiplying the trunk fee of $1,960 by 79 SAC units <br />as determined by the Met Council. This fee and the WAC connection fee ($680/SAC Unit) shall be <br />paid with the issuance of the building permit.
