Report created on:3/31/21 Page 5 of 5 <br />Grant Activity - Technical Engineering <br />Description This activity involves working with project partners to expand upon the preliminary planning and design work that has <br />already been completed by WSB and the City of Hugo. All plan development, permitting (if needed), bidding, contract <br />management are included here. These activities will be undertaken by WSB and the City of Hugo. <br /> <br />WSB employs licensed Professional Engineers, has experience with the design of similar systems, and has successfully filled <br />similar rolls for the City of Hugo and other LGU clients. <br /> <br />Contractor selection of this project will be completed via a sealed competitive bid process, consistent with MN Statutes. <br /> <br />Construction inspection and survey will be completed by the WSB and the City. Construction observers from WSB and the <br />City will be onsite during construction to ensure construction activities are consistent with the plans and specifications for <br />the proposed CSAH 8 Stormwater Reuse System.
