Report created on:3/31/21 Page 4 of 5 <br />Grant Activity - Operations and Maintenance Plan <br />Description The City and WSB will develop an Operations and Maintenance Plan during final design and construction. This document <br />will outline the following: a description of the system, an overview of system operations, pump station startup and <br />winterization procedures, daily/weekly/monthly/annually operation and maintenances activities, and monitoring activities. <br />The City's Public Works department will be responsible for the implementation oof the operation and maintenance plan for <br />the reuse system for its 25-yr effective lifespan. <br />Category URBAN STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PRACTICES <br />Has Rates and Hours? No <br />Grant Activity - Stormwater Education Display <br />Description This activity covers the development and implementation of all public education, outreach and communication initiatives <br />for this project including, but not limited to, publications and installation of signage at the site. <br /> <br />Activities will be carried out by WSB and City Staff. The educational signage will be primarily developed by WSB and <br />outreach will be primarily completed by City Staff.
